Chandler is not expected to score a whole lot, but he is expected to rebound and provide big man defense. Tyson won the Defensive Player of the Year award two seasons ago, so he can provide excellent defense and rebound with the best of them. He is the Knicks best big man presence, so he will have to play good to see success for the Knicks. He should only be made to work on the offensive boards, and run the pick-and-roll. Besides that he should be expected to anchor the new look Knicks D.

Kenyon Martin – Big Man Off The Bench

Martin greatly impressed in his short time with the team last season, showing a great defensive and offensive game. This season, he will be the team’s big man off the bench, expected to come in and mainly play defense. Kenyon also could use his physical play and strength  to power the Knicks bench and provide physicality.

Iman Shumpert – All Around Player

Shumpert is a budding star in the NBA, and has shown improved defense and scoring last season after recovering from his torn ACL. Shump showed lock down defense, a deadly three ball, and the ability to do monster slam dunks that wow the crowd. Shumpert will look to build on that in the upcoming season. by being an all-around presence on both ends of the floor for the Knicks.

Raymond Felton - Distributor

Felton is expected to be the distributer, getting the ball to all the great scorers on the Knicks, while also himself being able to score if that is the best decision. Felton  has to make good decisions and not make too many bad shots or bad passes, because if he makes too many the whole Knicks offense will struggle.
