The Pacers biggest issue a season ago was production from their bench and they have improved it in a big way.

Copeland adds instant scoring off the bench, even though he can’t guard anyone and Watson adds some production in the backcourt. The trade for Scola signifies that the pacers are going for it.

I thought they reached on Hill in the first round, but the Pacers are greatly improved overall. They nearly knocked off the Heat last season and are better on paper entering next season.

Grade: A-
