@Leftvet Well said. The Knicks’ front office wanted a Yes Man, and they got one in Woodson. Whether Woodson upholds that now that he has the safety of a contract, we’ll see. But Phil Jackson marches to the beat of his own drum, and that’s not really the type of person Jim Dolan likes to employ.

Jackson’s got his $$$; he doesn’t need Dolan’s and more specifically, he doesn’t need Dolan’s monumental crap that goes along with his $$$$. Could you REALLY see Jackson in a situation where he can’t speak his mind? Where he has to toe the foolish and dictatorial company line? Maybe as a newly-starting-out coach (though I doubt it) but with eleven rings, he don’t need that bovine excrement.

agree with everything Phil said. CA is selfish player bar none…. Also Phil who r u fooling, if Dolan would have offer you a shit load of money, you would have been the Knicks coach…. Your ole ass should stay retire, u can’t even walk….
