Simply not enough shots to go around with Anthony, Stoudemire, Smith (possibly), and Crawford. Throw in Lin who's a capable scorer, and you might need a second basketball.   Although Crawford is a much better passer and playmaker than Smith, which is something to consider if Smith doesn't return. Jamal loved NY, and NY mostly loved him back. I think I'd only seriously consider him if JR Smith doesn't return And imagine if JR Smith opts in too.
