Yoda,

You're right on both points:

1.) I do think Curry has great potential and he has gone through a lot, so I do believe he should be given a chance.

2.) However your point about Coach D giving up on players is equally true (and thus makes it equally unlikely that Curry will get his chance). D'Antoni has said that the starting center spot is still open for Curry to take, but I dunno if I believe that Coach is actually that open-minded. I think he's saying what he has to say, but he's likely already written Curry off (just as he unfortunately has done with others).

I dont care what anybody says, Curry is an ALLSTAR player, he just went threw alot of thing as a player, i dont think the Knicks should write him off just yet. Let him try for his last year, to try to make a come back, cause when 100%,in the low post. their is not too many players that can stop him when he gets his mind on being a FORCE IN THE PAINT.Give the guy a break, yeah he was lazy in the weight department, but hes still young and still has alot of growing up to do, but he needs a coach that can reach him, and coach D, is not that coach, he gave up on him, and when Coach gives up on a player, EVERYONE KNOWS IT, and thats a bad way to be as a professional NBA coach.
