The Timberwolves will absolutely not trade Ricky Rubio. His value is unlikely to go down, as he continues to look strong against weak European opponents, playing for one of Europe's best teams.

The earliest the Wolves would consider a trade is the moment they have a deal wirh Rubio to come to America--until then, all offers will be lowball offers. And the Knicks have nothing to offer the Wolves. No first rounder in 2010, and you can't trade number 1s two years in a row, so an offer of picks in 2012 and 2014? Not all that exciting.

Meanwhile, the Wolves stole Sessions, and they'll still be further under the cap next year, with more signed talent, than the Knicks.
