The Rubio sweepstakes appear to still be in works, according to Marca.com
It appears as though the Knicks are still interested in acquiring Rubio and with Rubio skipping the press conference today with the Timberwolves it’s quite clear he’s either going back to Spain or being traded.

Walsh has one season left to build an attractive enough team to bring in the likes of LeBron, Bosh, Johnson, Wade, Amare, etc. He hasn’t proven that he is the guy we should have hired to deliver these guys to the fans. All night I’ve been trying to figure out how I’m going to talk about how much the Knicks screwed up tonight.
I’ve decided to just do a follow up tomorrow, so expect that sometime.
