Adressing our offseason needs

With my most recent post concerning the acquisition of Rip Hamilton it really has gotten me thinking on possible big time players who we could lure to the Big Apple not named LeBron James.

Our first major need is at the PG spot.

Chris Duhon is a very good role player, but not a starter. He lacks any penetrating ability and doesn’t have the passing ability to cancel out his other weaknesses. I’d like to keep him for a couple more seasons, but only if that means Duhon comes off the bench.

Ramon Sessions:

From what I’ve seen from this kid he has the talent to become the next great young PG in this league. He’s had to play behind Luke Ridnour this season because of Scott Skile’s crush on white PG’s. When Ridnour went out due to injury this past season Sessions stepped right in and had the Bucks competing for the 8th spot in the East all season long.

Adding Sessions this offseason could be huge and if we’d have to give up Harrington, Duhon, or Jefferies I’m completely willing. Sessions has some serious game and pairing him with D’Antoni could be huge.
