No Mental Toughness?

AUTHOR: Chase Thomas | IN: Knicks | COMMENTS: None Yet |

Coach D’Antoni is speaking up again about his club after their embarrising loss to the Nets on Wednesday. D’Antoni believes this team has no mental toughness and refuses to let bad calls or plays go.

Now Mike, I understand you’re frustrated and the only reason you’re talking is because you need something to do before 2010 but this is just ridiculous. This team hasn’t been mentally tough since 1999 and having Larry Hughes on the team doesn’t help.

I reiterate, LARRY HUGHES is on this team. Jared Jefferies is on this team. Al Harrington dooped some desperate company into giving him his own shoe. Chris Duhon has never had the mental toughness or confidence to be a big time player, and Wilson Chandler is more concerned about losing his job to Lebron in 2010 then working on his game to keep a spot on the team.

Enough with that rant though, I have much brighter things to discuss. Actually, I don’t as the Knicks are showing tremendous signs of fatigue and putting up 89 points at home is unacceptable.

Mental toughness, I mean really Mike? There are a lot bigger issues then this teams lack of mental toughness down the stretch. Focus on 2010 and stop talking to just hear yourself speak.
